Dear Asset,
We would like to sincerely thank you for all of your hard work and dedication that you put into rebuilding our home after ours was destroyed by fire. From day one you listened to what our needs were and guided us through all of the choices we needed to make. Your generosity, care and attention entitle you to a very special place in our hearts. Our children are now telling everyone we are home and they don’t ever want to leave. You will never know how grateful we truly are. Just know that we believe that you have all more than earned the Builder of the Year Award for 2010 and we are proud to tell everyone we know about Asset and all of your wonderful Staff.

The way your team handled our building foundation problem was very timely, and professional.
My wife and I are very happy with the final outcome. Your work and effort to satisfy our needs
was second to none. We have a very positive opinion of your company, you always kept your
appointments and were pleasant to deal with.
Kudos to the Service Department, as they were the people we had direct contact with, but also

Re: Customer Satisfaction with Asset Home Builders
I wish to express my appreciation on behalf of my wife and family to Asset Builders. I purchased my home second hand,
under one year from the original owner. The home was beautiful and the envy of our neighbors. The builder and previous
owner thought of everything. It was perfect.
One month ago we had a sewer concern, I called Asset and spoke to one of the most professional administrative staff I
have ever encountered, Kim. I explained the situation and asked for the New Home Warranty Contact number, so I can
make a claim.
I must add that the New Home Warranty could not help me on a less than two year old home, which upset me as this put
my mind spinning about the costs that I would incur not being the original owner. New Home Warranty advised me to
contact the home builder.
I called Asset and spoke with Kim. I explained what was said and within 2-3 days, I had the owner Garth and Building
Manager David in my house looking to see what had happened. I could not believe the service. Within days my house was
repaired. They were so courteous and compassionate. They came in, on their own time, taped the home and covered areas
with plastic wrap to limit the dust, and repaired the issue. Then came back and cleaned the house.
I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Asset Builders. My first concern is to put my family in a safe
and welcoming home. I believe that I have; and Asset Builders have proven to me that I have made the right decision in
our purchase.

We are the happy owners of a custom built bungalow from Asset Builders. They helped us secure the lot we wanted from
another builder. As construction progressed they were very accommodating to any ideas we had for changes, and even
suggested and incorporated other changes which greatly enhanced our home.
We found all of the staff at Asset Builders to be friendly, prompt, neat and efficient in everything they did. Were we to build
another home they would certainly be the builder of our choice.

As a first time home owner, the experience can, at times be overwhelming. With Asset Builders, I found that their goal is
to make the experience enjoyable and stress free. Asset is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone, right
from the initial planning stages through to their exemplary customer service after your home is built. The Asset company is
very helpful and dedicated to outstanding customer service. When issues have arisen, someone from the Asset Team has
come out to my home within hours and they have gone above and beyond to fix the situation to ensure that their houses,

I would like to thank the Asset Team for the amazing opportunity and all the hard work you have put into our new home.
We have heard so many wonderful things about Asset Builders and every word is true. The entire process was enjoyable,
from the first meeting to the handing over of the keys, and every detail in between (and there were lots in a short amount of time.)
David’s passion and knowledge combined with his honesty made the home purchasing experience easy and even fun.
His professionalism made us feel important as he answered every question by explaining the process and constantly providing updates.
David has gone far beyond the duties to make our purchase smooth and successful. Many thanks to David and the entire
