Southbrook has been designed to provide single family and multifamily housing opportunities within
walking distance of Piper Creek and the future commercial area along 19th Street.
The first phase, Bower Executive Lots, is located west of Piper Creek and is accessed via Bannerman
Close. There will be 29 estate lots with widths averaging 66 feet. Each lot will back on to green space,
with a majority of lots allowing for walkouts.
The second phase will be on the east side of the neighborhood and accessed from 40th Avenue.
It will consist of 23 single family homes, 40 townhouses and an aparment site. The storm water
management facility will be constructed in the northeast corner of the community and be a
constructed wetland.
Phase 3 includes two crescents that extend north and south of the collector road. It's lots will vary in width between 40 and 50'. The north crescent will have some lots backing onto a linear green space and playground.
